10 weird and wonderful things which happened on 10 November:
- The TV children's show Sesame Street was first broadcast on this date in 1969. The first ever episode of Sesame Street was titled Welcome Sally.
- In 1989, bulldozers began demolishing the 28 year old Berlin Wall, following the government's announcement that it would allow free travel between East and West Germany.
- In 1966, fire broke out in a recording studio where Brian Wilson was recording the Fire tracks for the Beach Boys' Smiley Smile album.
- In 1994 The only privately owned manuscript of Italian Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci was sold at auction at Christie's in New York for $30.8 million, the highest amount ever paid for a manuscript.
- The world's first motorcycle, designed by Gottlieb Daimler, first appeared on this date in 1885. His son Paul was the first person to ride one.
- In 1908, the first Gideon bible was placed in a hotel room in Iron Mountain, Montana's Superior Hotel.
- Henry Morton Stanley, who had been sent to track down missing explorer David Livingstone, met him at Ujiji, on Lake Tanganyika on this date in 1871. Livingstone had gone to Africa five years earlier to search for the source of the Nile, and disappeared. Stanley delivered his famous greeting: "Dr. Livingstone, I presume?" Livingstone replied: "Yes, and I feel thankful that I am here to welcome you,” lifting his cap slightly.
- Kentucky outlawed duelling on this date in 1801.
- In 1930, four Elephants ran amok at the Lord Mayor's show, injuring 30 people.
- In 2005 a memorial was unveiled to Frank Robinson, aka Xylophone Man, an eccentric street entertainer in Nottingham. The plaque reads "He played his Xylophone here for fifteen years, bringing a smile to the faces of the people of Nottingham". Robinson played a small child's glockenspiel with a very limited repertoire. Despite lacking musical abilities his enthusiasm endeared him to the people of Nottingham and earned him something of a cult following. His death in July 2004 sparked genuine mourning from many of the city's people.

A Superhero love story.
Sent away to school to get her away from undesirable company, Agnes finds herself homesick and lonely. A brief connection with Jason Warner leads to the teenage crush to end all teenage crushes. Jason is barely aware Agnes exists, but she plans her whole future around him.
It is only when they meet again as adults that the connection becomes mutual; but before it can develop, Jason makes a discovery which rocks his entire world. He needs time alone, away from everyone, including Agnes. When Jason is finally ready to go back to his old life, Agnes has moved on and he cannot find her.
Agnes is now a single parent to the remarkable Seraphina. The Power League want to harness Seraphina's powers for evil before the Freedom League become aware of her. Agnes has no idea her new colleague and friend is a supervillain with his own agenda, and his willingness to babysit is not as innocent as she thinks. As Incendio starts teaching Seraphina to use her powers, the Freedom League intervene. Little do they know that they have found one of their own.
