Ice Queen, a professional criminal and former Olympic athlete also known as Miranda Snow. As a competitor in the Winter Olympics, Miranda Snow was dubbed "The Ice Queen" by the media because she never smiled and her manner was cool and emotionless.

She was approached by Dr Chaos who wanted an expert skier to test a pair of rocket powered skis he had invented, in order to execute an evil plan involving crossing a mountain range. The skis were not a success, but Snow offered to carry out the mission using her powers, for the appropriate fee.

The arrangement became permanent after she started a passionate affair with her colleague on the mission, Zenith.

She can freeze water up to the size of a small lake and can use the moisture in the air. In a fight, she damages her opponent by freezing their blood and moisture in their skin, causing frostbite.
