Character Birthday

Ape, a highly intelligent ape, bought from the zoo in which he was born by Hamilton Lonsdale, the owner of Combat Team Beta. He intended to train Ape to use his strength and prowess, initially as security personnel. However, training the apes fully took too long, and their handlers demanded danger money, so Lonsdale gave up on the idea and went back to using human guards. He sold most of the apes back to the zoo, but he had become particularly attached to this one and decided to keep it as a pet. Ape is not able to speak, but appears to understand English and will obey commands and carry out instructions given to him by team members.
